First time applying
While I do believe that the website claims the Jes-Extender comes pre assembled, I did find that there was a little bit of setup to do. After a skim through the Quick Guide that comes with it, I must admit that I was somewhat flummoxed.
I’m a visual man, and honestly, I don’t have the patience to sit and read through directions. That’s a fault of my own and not necessarily down to the quality of the Quick Guide itself.
Thankfully, for people who are more visual, there are some links to instructional videos that helped me out a lot and it turns out that the device is fairly simple to put together.
The more complicated part comes with putting it on. I tried multiple different ways and found that through a little trial and error and some perseverance, I discovered a way that worked for me. I stretched out my penis with one hand, and with the other was able to position the extender against my pubic bone while adjusting the strap to secure it into place.
It’s a little like patting your head with one hand and making circular motions on your stomach with the other. Once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty straight forward. The more I wore the device, the easier it was to apply.
Comfort
Within minutes of putting the Jes-Extender on, honestly, I forgot that it was there. I’ve worn other extenders in the past that aren’t exactly painful, but definitely uncomfortable.
Because of how comfortable the Jes-Extender was, I found myself checking it out a couple of times to make sure everything was still secure and nothing had slipped out, and it was!
To be honest, the only times I actually remembered I had it on, other than checking, was when I went to take a piss.

In the first week, I did as the guide instructed and wore the Jes-Extender for an hour per day at the minimum tension level (1200g).
I found that I was able to go about my daily activities just fine during that one hour, almost expecting that I’d have to set aside that time to sit and do nothing, but because of how comfortable I found it, I was able to walk around just fine and get on with whatever I had on.
However, I wouldn’t suggest any major physical activities such as working out.
Over the next couple of weeks, I increased the amount of time wearing it as well as the tension level. I upped it to the maximum amount of 2800g and was wearing it for between 5-7 hours each day. I’d read testimonies online that claimed they saw a 5% increase in penis size within the first 3 weeks.

As of today, I’ve been wearing it for around 6 months daily (with the occasional break), and must admit I am seeing some growth! When erect, I’m now 0.5 inches longer, whereas flaccid, I’m just short of an inch longer.

The incessant optimism can come off as being a little fake and can often make one question how genuine it is, or maybe I’m just getting cynical in my old age. I also had a few issues around customer support and warranty which I delve into below in more detail.
Do Penis Extenders Really Work?
Yes. It’s not that simple, but yes.
When you place a persistent, relatively large stretch to a single tissue you cause microscopic tears within, in this case, the shaft of your penis. Existing tissue cells multiply to fill these tears and rebuild at the extended size.
The more you tear the tissue, the more tissue is built up, the more penis you have. Your penis increases in size, you increase the traction and the number of hours a day you wear it.

There was, at the time of my research, some confusion on the official USA site for Jes-Extender as to whether the product came with a 2-year warranty or a 5-year warranty.
The description of the warranty on jesextender.com is in itself confusing with the site stating their products come with different warranties depending on the package, the return process and then: “Due to the intimate nature of our product, and thus the strict hygienic standards, we cannot refund a used product. A Treatment For Peyronie’s Disease
Peyronie’s disease causes a bend in the penis shaft caused by fibrous plaque growth as a result of trauma, fracture, and internal bleeding in the penis. 9% of men suffer from Peyronies with some men inheriting a genetic vulnerability. Symptoms include pain during sex, erectile dysfunction, and penile shortening.

Hi, I normally don’t write comments. I’m 55 and have not felt this firm and strong in my penis for longer than I can remember. If the purpose of it was for stronger erections, it works out far beyond that. It has strengthened my penis and even restored some of the length I lost over the years. Just practise daily and you will certainly see positive results soon.

I have trained with jes extender at 3 hours a week for 5 months now. The multiple elongated arms and ring grips your penis in the correct position. I usually got at 2800g traction on average when using it. I am 52 and I kick butt! This device deserves much of the credit.

The instructions were horrible, The only way the instructions could have been worst is if they were written in a foreign language I don’t know. I had a penis extender before and it never bruised my penis head like this one did, its traction is also weak. Don’t get it!!
I was super happy when this arrived, but it was annoying as soon as I opened the box, several of the straps were out of place which made it hard to know what was where. Once I finally figured it out, I realized it is not an upgrade over my ole penis extender I had for 4 years. I will probably be returning it, don’t waste your money!
I am barely 5 inches and my girth is below average too and even after tightening it as much as possible, I can still feel my penis abit loose. I am so upset. I really wished it worked for me. I think you need to be atleast 5 and a half inches to use it properly, or else I am doing something wrong. I also didn’t like the straps provided and bought some on my own.

This is the first time I use a penis extender. I like the idea of stretching around your penis so I bought it. Pros are the high quality build, made of metal. It fits my little guy perfectly and tightness is adjustable. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher is the mild pain I feel after using it for sometime. I know it needs some patience to get your penis used to it so no rush. Overall, I love this product.
This is a good penis extender, beats trying jelqing or clamping weights by a thousand miles. Super easy to use, its rods keep it in place so it won’t tilt or roll around. You can put it on or remove it in no time. And it’s economical at less than a three hundred dollars. Now if you want a 10 inch penis, this won’t be enough for you, but for everyone else needing an inch or two, it should be enough.

I have a fairly large penis – about 7 inches, Also large girth at about 5.5 inches, I have two issues with this product, the first one is I feel it is too small for me. I can get it to work but it is really tight so I have to release the strap every half an hour or my penis goes numb. If I don’t tighten it enough, it will just slip off. The best thing I found is using comfort strap to relieve some pressure from my penis.
It is a bit bulky and takes abit of effort to put on, but as advertised, once you tighten it around your penis, it will never come off, I like to do some stretching after I get back from work, but I am usually very tired to do anything, I can just put jes extender on and leave it to do its magic

Decent Penis extender for the price and very well made. It is smaller than I thought and grips my penis abit tight. I still recommend it if your of average size. men with larger girths have to deal with the slightly tight ring.
My girth increased after using jes extender, I thought these devices can’t do that, but it just did! If I could go back to my teenage years and start using extending, I would do it! A 9 inch dick is not a dream anymore, I know I can do it. Any increase in size is a W for me anyway. Jes extender is worth every dollar I paid for it.
I have been using jes extender for a long time and when you use it for as long as I did, you will start feeling pain behind your glands. Only thing that helped me get my daily 4 hours is adding foam around the noose.
A weird thing I noticed after trying this for sometime is my dick is not only increasing in length, but thickness too. I can feel that my penis thickened over the time I started. It would be crazy good if I can increase my girth and length at the same time, I see this as an absolute win.

I am new to PE and I have used this product for 3 months now with atleast 3 hours a day, but for the most part, I gained minimal gains at the best case and not any at worst. I am sure that I am applying a lot of tension as I can feel it on my dick. I bought this extender to gain 1/1.5 inches. I realise it needs time to work so fingers crossed.
I used the jes extender for a 100 hours total now and I gained about 3 cm of length when measuring my full erect penis, it is not that great but progress is progress. I was hoping that tape reaches the 15 cm mark, but all good things need patience

I am using jes extender while writing this, applying 2-2500g of tension in my penis. I added foam to the noose and added a rubber piece around my glands to avoid any pain or slipping. I find it to be very comfortable to wear. While I still need more time playing with it to determine how really good is it, I have high hopes!
I got the gold plated Jes extender, I tried many extender in the past and this one stomps on everyone of them. Keep in mind you need to follow the instruction in the manual given to avoid any harm, so the right tension at the right time. You also need to use the protective straping and take breaks between sessions. I gained an inch after using this it for 3 months only!

I am documenting my journey with jes extender for sometime now. My total time is about 4 months. I gained about 3/4 an inch but I found out that I lost about ¼ an inch when I decreased my time from 2 hours to 1 hour a day, sad thing is you will lose some progress when you stop stretching or lower your time.
I used it for 4 hours on my first day then another 4 hours on my second. The problem is after waking up from bed, I found my penis badly bruised under the head. I am not sure if I used it correctly or have done something wrong, any advice would be appreciated
Very bad design , 300$ WASTED
springs don’t lock making it bounce around while in use, the straps sometimes pull on the sensitive skin on your cock which trust me is very painful.
This is the first extender I try, but I strongly suggest you never buy it and repeat my mistake.
I would advice against is using it while sleeping, cause if the device tightens on your member, you might not notice it.

Hey bros, I wanted to give my opinion here. Using penis extenders is like training weights in the gym, u need to progress over a long period of time. Your penis needs to be “trained” to handle the extra inches you want so badly. Can you bench press from 50kg to 120kg with same reps in one session? No. You need to increase your strength bit by bit. Exacly the same thing here.
One of the first extenders on the market, Its design is outdated though and can easily break apart after using it for some time, all things aside, its quality is very low. I do not recommend it, It was not worth the wait.
Jes Extender requires patience to see real changes. My penis got more than one inch and it really made my life better. you just need to commit ur time to it if u wanna see real results.

This is a decent penis extender, its size is not large so u can hide it under your clothes. It is very friendly to newbies just starting out with penis enlargement. Also it is very durable and comes with a 2 year warranty incase of accidents. Many extras come with the device like a dual function front piece, comfort strap, protection pad and elongation bars at the sizes 1 inch and 2 inch. The bars coating looks good too. Jes extender is a great all-rounder, it will get you the traction and results you need while still being very comfortable and easy to use. I can’t suggest it enough!
It think it is a good extender money-wise, although not as sturdy as other options out there, it will do the job. The extras the come with it are great too, except for the comfort strap which didn’t live up to its name.
My experience with this extender is Horrible! For starters, putting it on requires a miracle and once you do it, it is super uncomfortable and annoying. Want to get to a certain traction level? Good luck doing so without breaking it. Jes extender overall is a very poor product only fit for those who love torturing their penis, I can’t believe I paid 300$ to get it.
I got mine on 15th march and honestly it worked out great for me since then. Although it take some time to get used too and see results, Both my length and girth increased by ¾ an inch! The high price was worth it in the end.
The jes is good quality, but I don’t think it’s worth $200. You’re better off just buying a cheaper device and you’ll likely get the same results. Just get a penis extender with a vacuum, this is just so annoying because the loop is scratching. Sadly I should have done more research before buying this.
