Here’s my personal SizeGenetics review, from the moment it was delivered to my house – to the results I’ve got with it. Honestly I was expecting something totally different from what SizeGenetics ended up being, so here it is – my full SizeGenetics review. Enjoy!

Delivery and First Impressions

SizeGenetics was delivered to my house by a professional courier service in a totally anonymous box. As you can see from the photos and video, the box is completely plain and anonymous. The box felt a little heavier than expected right from the beginning, but since I got the SizeGenetics Ultimate System – I knew that all the bonuses inside were going to add up a little bit of weight.

It’s worth mentioning that I was also super impressed by how fast my parcel was delivered. I ordered my SizeGenetics on a Monday, and by Thursday it had arrived. Their website also states that you should expect delivery between 1-2 days if you are living in Europe, or between 1-4 days for the rest of the world.

On the external packaging in which the product is shipped, it doesn’t say anywhere that it’s a penis extender. The only details you can read on top of the package are your name and address. Actually, there is a little invoice stuck on top of the box and when I opened it, I was expecting to read “penis extender” inside it, but surprisingly instead the invoice said: “Training Equipment”, that’s it.

The penis extender got delivered in an anonymous box which is great from privacy reasons. It has a cubicle shape and it’s actually quite heavy.

Curious: When I got the SizeGenetics I was so curious to open it and find out if it matched my expectations.

On the invoice, the product is described as “training equipment” and not a penis extender which is pretty cool and more importantly, it’s private.

Weight and date: On the box you can read the date that the SizeGenetics was shipped and the weight (I think it’s heavier than what they wrote).

First impression from SizeGenetics? It smells nice

This is crazy, because the last thing I was expecting when opening the device’s box was to smell something. So, let me tell you this: SizeGenetics smells great! Well, I guess it smelled great because they were sneaky enough to put the TractionPlus powder right on top of the package, so basically the whole box smelled like baby powder. For me, this is a good first impression. Too many times I’ve ordered a product online, to open it up on delivery and smell the worst chemical smell ever. This can be off-putting, especially when you’re going to be applying the product to sensitive areas.

Since I bought my SizeGenetics, they seem to have changed the branding for their talcum powder. It’s no longer TractionPlus, but Accellerate Traction Talcum Powder instead.

The first impression was a pleasant unexpected smell! They were smart enough to put the baby powder on top, so that you can smell it straight away. This extender is starting to intrigue me, let’s try it on!

Awesome Sleek and Stylish Leather Case

The SizeGenetics penis extender comes in a leather case stored inside a black box which is very private and solid. It also comes with a key so that you will be able to lock it and put it in your drawer.

The SizeGenetics device itself is stored inside a black leather case (that you will be able to lock with a key you’ll find inside), and contains a selection of traction bars, comfort pads and an instructional DVD. (Update: As of 2024, the DVD does not seem to appear as part of the product description for the Ultimate System. There is, however, a quickstart guide).

Inside the leather box you can find the penis extender itself and the instructional DVD which lays just on top of the device. I am in love with the case.

The materials have high-end details and the feeling I got was that I was handling something really precious, yet tough and resistant.

Mounting The Device

I am not an instruction-reader kind of person (I guess I’m traumatized from my visits to IKEA as a kid), so I was really happy when I realized that there were video-instructions with a real person that shows you how to wear the penis extender. Watch a video of my review on YouTube.

Video instructions are much better than written instructions! A few people like to read instructions, but everyone likes to watch them. Just take a look at the video and learn how to wear SizeGenetics, easy and straightforward.

Only problem was, the audio didn’t work. As I also say in the video, I am not sure if it’s supposed to be that way, or if my computer has got problems, but I had the feeling there was audio and I couldn’t hear it. Anyways it wasn’t really that big of a deal for two reasons:

1) Wearing the SizeGenetics is a 1-2-3 process, and there’s really no need for instructions at all.

2) The video was clear enough and in most parts, it contained captions.

How Does SizeGenetics Feel Like? Comfortable Enough

Inside my pants – I am wearing it and it feels good! You can’t see much, you can probably see very little. But if you are very curious to see peoples results with SizeGenetics, just click on this picture.

This thing hurts… if you wear it the wrong way! One of the most popular aspects of SizeGenetics is its comfort system. They do give you options when it comes to comfort, which is crucial for penis extenders because the more you wear it, the bigger you get, the happier you are, as well as your partner. And no matter how strong-willed you are, when the stretcher is comfortable, everything comes more easily.

In the beginning, when I checked the SizeGenetics website I thought they were exaggerating a little when talking about their “comfort system”, however,when I tried it on for the first time I understood the real value of it.

My first comfort combination has been the simplest one, with the bare “Comfort Strap” surrounding the base of my glans. Well, I don’t think I am hairier than average, but my hair was being pulled by the comfort strap and it was hurting.

The first combination of padding I have tried was pretty minimalistic and it pulled my hair which wasn’t very comfortable.

Nevermind though, since there are plenty more combinations to try. And in fact, every other combination I have tried since has been incredibly comfortable, with some of them being almost pleasurable (I almost got an erection with one of them).

So, all I needed to do was insert the yellowish cushioning around the top of my penis and I was ready to go. The cushioning was holding my hairs in place and keeping my penis steady, comfortable and stretched. It felt great!

The special cushioning ring in the center of this photo made the penis extender very comfortable. Comfort does make a difference. In this photo you can see almost all SizeGenetics comfort elements.

Another comfort combination you will no doubt want to try is with the Silicon Noose, which is probably even more comfortable than the Comfort Strap. That transparent piece of silicon has got a natural grip, is soft and flexible, and very easy to adapt to your girth (much easier than the comfort strap). You can then try and add the black anti-slip layer, or the yellowish cushioning for even more comfort.

The Silicon Noose gives me grip and comfort. Best of all, it perfectly adapts to your girth by pulling it at the bottom. This was my favorite (one of my favorite I should say) combination of comfort elements.

SizeGenetics Under My Pants

In the video, I am wearing loose pants and you can definitely see that something is going on down there. I wasn’t brave enough to wear it outside my house, but you really cannot see that what you got hidden down there is a penis extender. All it seems like is that you have a big, meaty, thick… package (which may become the case very soon anyways).

Can you see anything? I am wearing it. You really can’t say I have an extender in my underwear, but I do. If you check from the side (look at the video) it does seem like I have a pretty big package down there.

My honest opinion is that it feels okay in underwear, even though it would probably be better to take your underwear off so that you allow yourself to have a little more space.

SizeGenetics Ultimate System’s bonuses

Revita Cream:

Revita Cream feels and smells like an after-shave. It dried very quickly and left my skin moisturized. It’s not oily or sticky, it just absorbs quickly and feels nice.

This cream here is also different from what I had in mind while waiting for my SizeGenetics to arrive. I thought it was going to be like any other moisturizing cream, but it actually feels very different from what I expected. The cream itself feels more like an aftershave: a little watery, a little dense, and with a very good scent to it. When you first apply the cream, it does feel a little oily, but then it dries very quickly leaving a nice and smooth sensation.

TractionPLUS Powder:

TractionPLUS Powder increases grip during traction in a comfortable way. Traction PLUS feels like any baby powder and it can be easily replaced by some any baby powder in my opinion.

TractionPLUS feels just like any run-of-the-mill baby powder. Maybe there is a special ingredient hiding in there, something that I haven’t noticed, but as an alternative to using the Revita Cream – which instead did give me a unique feeling that I would probably struggle to find elsewhere – this powder felt like nothing special. It was just… meh. It’s a good option if you’re someone who doesn’t like using creams for whatever reason, and the fact that they added it in as an added bonus is a nice touch.

As of 2024, SizeGenetics have rebranded both their talcum powder and moisturizer and changed the name to Accellerate. The moisturizer retails at $24 and can be bought separately via their website.

Device Wipes:

These wipes are a blessing. They are anti-bacterial and help you take care of your penis stretcher before, between, and after sessions. They’re simple to use and the smell isn’t too overbearing – something that I’ve found when using other anti-bacterial cleaning wipes. In fact, they smell pretty damn good.

Another thing worth mentioning is how generous they are with the wipes. Honestly, I feel like I have enough to keep my extender clean for the foreseeable future. While not the most important aspect, I did think this was a pretty cool addition. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make all the difference.

Update: As of 2024, the device wipes do not seem to be part of the product description.

Penis Health DVD:

I thought they were going to show you exercises on a dildo, or with some kind of 3D software… Instead, there is a real guy, showing you step-by-step exercises for your penis. You can choose the level of expertise (beginner, advanced…) and the type of improvement you’re hoping to achieve, whether it’s length or girth.

The quality of the video is clear enough but some of the aspects were a little lackluster. As I mentioned earlier, I was struggling with the audio. Again, I’m not sure if there was something with my own speakers or if there’s supposed to be any audio at all.

That’s not to say that the steps in the video aren’t straight forward and detailed with captions – they absolutely are – but the graphics on the DVD menu took me back to the 90s. Perhaps this could be updated in the future and made to be a little more modern. I realize that this isn’t a major thing to complain about, I mean c’mon – does anyone even have a DVD player nowadays?

In no way am I complaining about the video. Like I said, everything is clear and concise without over-complicating the process. I feel it’s also important to add that since I originally tested my SizeGenetics after purchasing the Ultimate System, the DVD doesn’t appear to be in the product description. Whether they’ve removed it or not, I’m not 100% sure. It’s probably worth reaching out to them to ask ahead of purchasing if this is something that you feel you would want.

Penis Health DVD includes a real guy showing you penis enlargement exercises – commented by a female voice (which is a pretty interesting detail). I can’t show anything in the review, but they do actually show you exercises in detail.

You can choose among multiple levels and exercises in Penis Health DVD. The menu looks a bit 1997 but it contains everything you need to know. Hopefully they will update the graphic soon, but the videos are clear.

Wearing The SizeGenetics

Now, when it comes to wearing a penis extender, it’s important to note that it is a long, grueling process. I’ll be honest, patience isn’t a strength of mine (as I stated earlier), so the fact that my penis isn’t inches longer yesterday is a little frustrating. But I’m not new to the process, so I knew what I was getting myself in for.

Knowing that I was going to have to wear this for months was eased by the fact that it’s so comfortable to wear. I was in it for the long haul so the fact that I could wear it comfortably and put it on with ease meant that the SizeGenetics was getting major bonus points. I’ve tried other penis extenders that are nowhere near as comfortable as this, with some of them being a huge pain in the balls to apply. Quite literally.

So, practicing a little patience (admittedly a struggle), I was eagerly checking my dick every other day to see if there was any growth. It was at around the 3 week mark of wearing it for 6 hours daily that I finally began to see some results. I was strict with myself and wore it at the same time each day for the same amount of time. Thankfully, I work from home so any need to wear it out and about wasn’t really there. This is a personal choice, I never feel overly comfortable when wearing extenders outside the house, but if you’re happy to do that – then the SizeGenetics would be fine to wear with loose fitting clothing.

Make The SizeGenetics A Part Of Your Daily Routine

Wearing the SizeGenetics simply became a part of my daily routine, just as much as shaving or brushing my teeth. For me, it never became a hindrance which I feel is a major selling point for any extender. You don’t want to feel like wearing a penis extender or putting it on is a chore. After all, you and your extender are going to be spending a hell of a lot of time together.

Even after those first 3 weeks of wearing the SizeGenetics daily and finally seeing some results, I began to notice a real spring in my step because I was beginning to feel a lot more confident. Even my partner commented on it. The second I started to notice a difference in size, however minimal at this point, I had confidence that the SizeGenetics was really going to work for me.

A lot of men aren’t too comfortable with a noose-style extender, and for a good reason.
