Aneros Eupho is one of the best Aneros around. The Eupho Syn and the Eupho Trident are completely different, and in this Eupho review I’ll show you why.
Like other prostate massagers, both the Aneros Eupho Syn and the Eupho Trident will require you to engage your kegel muscles.
I have divided this review in two parts. First, I’ll give you my impressions of them, and then highlight my personal experience with each. Let’s get started.

Aneros Eupho’s Packaging
The box for this Aneros is very similar to others in the Trident line. It feels good in the hand. The premium cardboard packaging really sticks out, and once you unbox it, you have the same classic gift box molded box inside.
The color and theme for the Aneros Eupho Syn Trident box just looked a bit more premium and exclusive while the Aneros Eupho Trident looked more stylish and sporty. At least that’s what I thought.
When you open the box you’ll immediately find the toy sitting perfectly and snugly in its container. There’s not much else inside the box apart from a tiny instruction manual (don’t need that anymore!).
I was hoping that it included at least some anal lubricant. However, that’s not the case.
Aneros Eupho’s First Impressions
Aneros Eupho Trident and Syn Trident are strikingly more compact, narrower, and slimmer compared to other anal toys in the Aneros product line. Even compared to the other anal toys available in the market today, it still is noticeably smaller.
To be honest, this is one of the most nicely packed prostate toys I’ve seen. Granted, I’m not an expert on them, but I have used quite a few.
There’s no battery, no wire, no cords. You open it up, and it’s just a 4-inch massager looking back at you. At first glance, the Eupho looked much smaller to me than I’d have thought. I mean, it’s still around 4 inches in length, but the thinner profile makes it look smaller than it actually is.
Aneros Eupho’s P&K Tabs Difference
There’s your classic P&K tabs found in both models. These tabs may look similar at first to both the Eupho Syn Trident and Eupho Trident, but if you look closely, the subtle differences become clear.
Eupho Syn Trident has the company mark with red and black dots on each. Both are flatter compared to the more rounded P&K Tabs in the Eupho Trident which is plain white.
This toy is thinner compared to other similar devices so it’s not going to take up much space in your rectum. This allows for a greater range of movement when you exercise your kegel muscles, and the company has actually widened the P&K tabs to maximize stimulation in the perineum and at the base of your spine.
A word of advice: if you are a heavy-set man, the Aneros Eupho is not for you.
This toy is small, and in a big butt, it’s just not going to provide the same sensations as you would want. Honestly, I’d love it if Aneros released these things in bigger sizes.
But, they probably won’t. They have other models that are designed for bigger butts, however.
Is the Eupho Syn Too Small For You?
Now that you know that both the Eupho Syn Trident and Eupho Trident are smaller compared to other Aneros toys and Aneros alternatives you may be familiar with, why does it matter?
A smaller frame actually allows for easy insertion. But that’s it for first-time users. Since it’s narrower, it requires some experience and skills to maintain a hold of it inside. More experienced users will actually appreciate the design and the toy more.
The bulbs and how they’re strategically placed are designed to allow for flexibility and freer movement. It’s meant for more regular use and/or prolonged thrusting and movement. As long as, of course, you have the flairs to maintain control.
As much as the frame is smaller, it does still require a lot of lube. Remember, you are still putting a foreign object inside your body and you want to make the experience as smooth and as comfortable as possible.
Eupho Syn VS Eupho Trident
Aneros Eupho Syn Trident has a firm shaft running inside that prevents the massager from bending or twisting too much.
This rigidity is all the more important when you are in the heat of the action. The last thing that you would want is to have to constantly adjust the prostate massager because it keeps bending inside.
That’s my biggest gripe with the Eupho Trident. The ABS plastic is bendable, and it does bend just at the wrong moments for me.
These arms are also slightly smaller in width than the ones on the Eupho Syn Trident.
While the Eupho Syn has flat, rounded arms, the Eupho Trident has small knobs. They just don’t create enough friction that would make you feel anything, especially in your perineal area.
Aneros Eupho Syn Design
Take a look at the photo above. Just how clean does this toy looks?
This is the second Aneros I own from their Trident line, and I can’t stop gushing about the material that’s coated on it. Make no mistake, this doesn’t feel like conventional silicone at all.
It’s absolutely smooth to the touch. The company also says that it’s phthalate free and non-porous. This is a big deal, because most silicone prostate massagers start to smell after a while, no matter how much you clean them.
That’s because some of the residue from the lube and the fluids is likely to seep inside the top layer. But, since this is non-porous, you don’t have to worry about that.
Eupho Trident’s Design
Here’s the deal: the Eupho’s box looks exactly the same as the Syn’s, but with an inverted colorway around the sides. That’s because it’s supposed to match the product itself, which is white.
More details about the Eupho:
- It’s made from ABS plastic
- It’s a bit flexible (the company calls it their MAMA Architecture)
- The arms are just slightly shorter than the Eupho Syn Trident
You might think that the only difference is the color. However, as soon as you hold it, you’ll realize this one feels completely different. Both have the same insertable length, but this one feels a bit old school.
It just doesn’t look as refined or as graceful as the Eupho Syn Trident.
Practically, Aneros Eupho Trident and Aneros Eupho Syn Trident are the same especially in terms of use and function. The more pressing and persuading aspect is the material they used.
Aneros Eupho Trident uses the sturdier ABS plastic used in other well-regarded Aneros products such as in the Aneros MGX. On the other hand, Aneros Eupho Syn Trident uses medical-grade silicone that’s plusher and more velvety to the touch.
So it’s really down to preference and of course, the budget since they’re priced differently with the Eupho Syn Trident being on the pricier side.
What About Maintenance?
This is one thing that Aneros got right for both of these prostate massagers. The ABS plastic and the non-porous silicone are incredibly easy to clean. Therefore, they’re both easier to maintain.
I usually clean them with soap and put them back in their case after use. I don’t like leaving it unclean for longer because that way the smell might stick to the outer surface. So you shouldn’t leave it unclean or leave it outside.
You can easily clean them using any conventional soap or sex toy cleaner.
How To Use Aneros Eupho Syn
As you can probably tell by now, I love this toy. The Aneros Eupho Syn Trident is one of the best prostate massagers they have put out. It fits in perfectly, and the slightly elongated tip does a wonderful job of stimulating my prostate.
I wanted to give this bad boy a whirl right after I got it. Unfortunately, I had to wait a few days. My excitement continued to build up for this as I waited for the next weekend to roll over. Here’s my experience.
There are so many different tips and tricks that you can follow to enhance your prostate massage. However, I just like to go with the flow.
I gave this a try on a Friday night. I had been feeling horny for a few days as my girlfriend was out of town. I really wanted something different than the usual rub and tug.
I set the mood: put up a homemade sex tape that we had made a few months back, dimmed the lights, and got my lube bottle. My experience with prostate massagers might not be prolific as yet, but I like to turn myself on before I get frisky.
It didn’t take long for me to get erect. The sex tape we made was surprisingly good quality, and it wasn’t long before I was rubbing my penis to the rhythm of the moans from the TV.
This is it, I thought to myself.
I applied copious amounts of lube on the Eupho Syn Trident and inserted it gently. It went in without any effort.
Almost instantly, I could feel the tip caressing my prostate. That instant bump is one of the most exhilarating feelings ever.
Aneros Eupho Syn Experience
Honestly, I cannot remember the last time something this small had such a tremendous effect on me. It took me less than a minute to put it in position.
I let go and began using my kegel muscles. Aneros was doing something right when they bent the tip ever so slightly.
With every squeeze, I could feel the tip gently caressing my prostate, stimulating it, and like clockwork, my body began to respond.
The hairs on the back of my neck began to stand up, and I could feel the weakness in my knees increasing. I started moving in rhythmic motions, building momentum by the second.
The hurricane of sensations that I felt down there is difficult to put into words.
I let go as my thrusting reached a crescendo, and I could feel my entire body shaking and jerking violently. It just felt so good.
Prostate orgasms work differently and every person has a unique experience; the discharge is minimal, or in some cases, none at all. In my case, there was no semen discharge.
And yet, I felt more tired than I had ever felt in my life. It took me a whole 20 minutes before I could get out of bed!
Aneros Eupho Trident – Not At the Same Level
Once I was done with the Eupho Syn Trident, I waited a few days before trying out the Eupho Trident. I didn’t want the “high” from my previous orgasm ruining the objectivity of my review.
I gave it a week before going at it again. I tried this on a fine Saturday afternoon when my mind was clear and I knew there were no distractions.
However, my experience was wildly different than the Eupho Syn Trident. As soon as I was trying to get in the flow, my experience would be interrupted by the Eupho Trident losing its position.
The constant movement of the kegel muscles dislocates the Eupho Trident, so you have to adjust it with your hands every few minutes. There was no stimulation on my perineum either.
If anything, the arms actually got in the way. It felt good on my prostate, I won’t lie about that. But, that’s probably because both of them have the same curved tip.
Apart from that, the slightly lesser mid-range width of the Eupho Trident also played a role. You know, there just wasn’t much of it in there for me to really let go and enjoy myself.
If you have to make an effort to orgasm, it kind of ruins the fun. This was not the case with the Eupho Syn Trident, so I’d definitely stick with that one.
After a while, I just gave up. I removed it, rubbed one out to calm my arousal, and spent a chill Saturday afternoon doing nothing.
Which Eupho Should You Get?
Essentially, they are both powerful and can deliver the ever-elusive Super-O as long as you are patient and have a bit of experience. As much as I hate to say it, these ones are not for beginners.
So which one should you get? If you have a choice, go for the Eupho Syn Trident. It’s priced a bit higher than the Eupho Trident, but it’s definitely worth the money. That, I could easily say. The use of premium materials, the quality finish, and the overall attention to detail make this one of the best prostate massagers out there.
